Business Analyst

Business Analyst (0-2 years work experience)
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented college seniors or recent graduates to join the Seurat Group as Business Analysts. In this role, you will be a critical member of project teams, supporting the collection and analysis of data while learning how to develop new insights and creative ideas to help businesses grow in the rapidly changing consumer goods industry.

Associate

Associate/Senior Associate

Business Analyst (0-2 years work experience) 
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial, analytical, and team-oriented people with several years of work experience to join the Seurat Group as Associates / Senior Associates. In this role, you will manage projects and workstreams for client engagements. This will entail leading and developing project teams, presenting information to clients, and supporting the creation of client deliverables, as well as supporting on internal company capabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing creative analytical approaches to client challenges, driving new thinking and creating a culture of innovation
  • Designing analytical approaches, drawing insights from data and deciding what they mean for our clients
  • Working directly with clients to help them understand insights and implications
  • Training and managing junior team members
  • Participating in business development, assisting in proposal development and helping to constantly improve our offer
Who You Are:
  • BA/BS from a top-tier institution and 2-4 years of experience in an analytically oriented role in a CPG related industry and/or consulting 
  • Experience developing insights and business implications 
  • Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative research 
  • Extremely strong PowerPoint and Excel skills 
  • Ability to independently manage work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Able to lead when appropriate, and have a team-first mindset 
  • Intellectually curious and able to learn new skills quickly 
  • Ideally, experience using CPG-specific data, but if not, a spirit of jumping in and figuring things out
