Job Overview
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial and team-oriented people to join the Seurat Group as Business Analysts. In this role, you will be a critical member of project teams, supporting the collection and analysis of data while learning how to develop new insights and creative ideas to help businesses grow in the rapidly changing consumer goods industry.

You will be responsible for:
  • Designing, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative primary research
  • Interpreting insights from a variety of different data sources and helping the team think about the implications for our clients’ businesses
  • Conducting secondary research to better understand changes and trends in the industry
  • Supporting creation of the presentations we use to help our clients understand our insights and recommended solutions

Job Overview
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial and team-oriented people with several years of experience to join the Seurat Group as Associates/Senior Associates. As an Associate, you will manage projects and work streams for client engagements.
This will entail leading and developing project teams, presenting information to clients, and supporting the creation of client deliverables. You will also own an internal company capability (e.g., recruiting or marketing).
You will be responsible for:
  • Developing creative analytical approaches to client challenges, driving new thinking and creating a culture of innovation
  • Designing analytical approaches, drawing insights from data and deciding what they mean for our clients
  • Working directly with clients to help them understand insights and implications
  • Training and managing junior team members
  • Participating in business development, assisting in proposal development and helping to constantly improve our offer

Engagement Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial and team-oriented people with several years of experience to join the Seurat Group as Engagement Managers.
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead project teams and build advisory relationships with clients to provide deep insight and compel them to take action.
This will entail being fully responsible for several client engagements and management of all work streams and team members for each project. Beyond project work, you will also build Seurat Group intellectual property and expand firm capability areas.
You will be responsible for:
  • Independently managing entire projects/teams from end to end (data collection, analysis, strategy development, storytelling) for clients
  • Actively nurturing big ideas throughout the project process
  • Building and maintaining client trust and commitment (at the Director-VP level)
  • Negotiating solutions and communicating valuable ideas and concepts to clients/stakeholders – storytelling is a key skill
  • Finding solutions outside of the firm’s current capabilities (industry contacts, experts, etc.)
  • Building Seurat Group capabilities and intellectual property
  • Actively contributing to business development efforts
